Prepare a Shipment Request

We would like to inform you that:

• the preparation of the Shipment Request and the transmission of data related to the postal item will become mandatory as of 1/1/2021.
• the creation of the shipping request is the responsibility of the sender
• the above requirement is valid for all types of postal items containing goods to non-EU countries as well as all items of the parcel, and EMS Datapost services, regardless of destination and contents.

In addition, due to the pandemic, postal items can be sent only to the countries contained in the list published on our website. We kindly ask you to consult this list to check if the desired country is contained therein.

Cyprus Post have prepared an application to allow you to prepare in a user friendly manner the Shipment Request.
