Once logged in through CyLogin, you can navigate the menu on the right to explore the available options.
For example, when sending items, you can create lists of senders and frequent recipients so you do not have to enter their details every time. If you frequently send items with the same content, you can save those details to avoid re-entering them for each shipment.
You can pay online for item shipments, speeding up the drop-off process. Just make sure the information and weight you entered are correct - and relax! At any time, you can access complete information about all your shipments.
Renting a P.O. Box is now easier, and soon full management capabilities will be added.
For philatelists, the portal offers management of your philatelic account and standing orders.
Mail forwarding from an old to a new address is now simpler and faster through the portal.
For authors, publishers, and other professionals, accessing special postal rates and mailing books, magazines, and newspapers from any Post Office is easier with the relevant application submitted via the portal.
Corporate customers can apply for a Prepaid Postage License and prepare bulk deposits to save time and better manage their transactions with us.
